6. Non-Recommendation: The report and video should not be interpreted as a recommendation to purchase or not purchase any property.

7. Bylaw Summary: The Bylaw Summary is provided to highlight bylaws that we deem relevant based on our experience. It does not negate your responsibility to review the bylaws in their entirety prior to purchasing any property.

8. Insurance Information: The Insurance Certificate Summary is provided for your convenience to view Property Deductibles and Policy dates. All insurance-related inquiries should be directed to a licensed insurance agent.

9. Review Periods: Meeting minutes and Financial Statements reviewed will cover only the last 12 months, including the most recent financial audit, irrespective of its date.

10. Use of Documents: You consent to CSE using any documents submitted for future reference and data collection.

11. Refund Policy: Full refunds are not available. A 40% refund of the payment will be offered only during the document collection phase. After document collection is complete, no refunds will be issued.
